All medications and scheduled procedures go in Edplan until the end of the school year (2023-2024).

What must be included when charting a medication or scheduled procedure.
  1. Service date.
  2. Service type.
  3. Service times.
  4. Dose administered. 
  5. Progress.
  6. Billing code.
  7. Outcome.
  8. Location.
  9. ALWAYS LEAVE A DETAILED NOTE. 

(Chart like a lawyer is examining every detail).
